Angelus Collects School Supplies for Dominican Republic Students

The students of Angelus Academy held a school supplies and toys collection for the 200 students at the Colegio Parroquial San Francisco Javier in Banica, Dominican Republic. The Angelus Academy community filled nine boxes with notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, markers, construction paper and a variety of other school supplies. They also donated toys to the children including dinosaurs, race cars and dolls. The boxes were delivered to the Medical Missionaries in Bristow and will be shipped to Father O’Hare in Banica for distribution to the school and students. Father O’Hare wrote in an email, “Thank you so much for caring for the kids down here.”
