On Thursday, June 2nd, the Fourth and Fifth grades held their Renaissance Festival. First they.had a yummy feast! Then they all participated in Renaissance time period activities such as chess, writing like Leonardo DaVinci, bowling, drawing like Michelangelo, and archery just to name a few! The highlights of the afternoon were the fourth and fifth grade plays. The fourth grade performed The Court Of King Arithmetic and the fifth grade performed Romeo and Juliet. Their costumes were fabulous! And they all did a splendid job! MANY THANKS to Mrs. Trono and Mrs. Held for showing the children a great time and for preparing them so well for their roles!

Angelus: Teacher Apreciation!!!!
This year we celebrated Teacher Appreciation by praying before the Pilgrim Virgin Statue and reciting rosary as lead by Fr. Tomasz. This is the spiritual gift of the students for their teachers, admin, staff, and other helpers. Fr. Tomasz also had a special gift for all --- rosewood rosary beads from the Vatican! Afterwards, a luncheon was held for the teachers, administration, staff and friends of Angelus Academy. All those honored received flowers. The 8th graders honored their teachers by serving them. A BIG THANK YOU GOES OUT TO ALL OUR TEACHERS, STAFF, ADMIN AND FRIENDS OF ANGELUS FOR TEACHING, NURTURING AND LOVING OUR CHIDREN SO MUCH!
