End-Of-Year Family Pot Luck Dinner

What to Bring: Please bring the item below as indicated by the first letter of your last name. You may also want to bring chairs for adults and picnic blankets for the children. Please bring any games or activities that your children may want to play with or share. Paper products will be provided.
A – E: side dish (with serving utensils, if needed)
F – I: main dish (with serving utensils, if needed)
J – Q: drinks (in coolers with ice)
R – Z: dessert (with serving utensils, if needed)
RSVP: If you are coming, please contact Paula Hugo at paula@timhugo.com by Thursday, May 28th to let her know names of attendees, and what you will be bringing.
NOTE: This event will be held rain or shine. We have reserved the ball field and picnic area in hopes of good weather. We have also reserved the Parish Hall just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
